FIRST QUARTER HONOR ROLL ASSEMBLY FOR ALL STUDENTS WILL BE HELD FRIDAY, 10/23/09.

8:30 – 9:30 First Grade in the gym.

9:45 – 10:45 Second and Third Grade in the gym.

11:00 – 12:00 Fourth and Fifth Grade in the gym.

PARENTS, PLEASE BE PROMPT AS THESE ASSEMBLIES MUST START AND END ON TIME.

COLLIER ELEMENTARY HONOR ROLL GUIDELINES:

Perfect Attendance Award: Student must be present every day during quarter, and must have two or less excused tardies, and two or less excused early dismissals. Excused tardies and early dismissals are those that have doctor’s notes covering them.

“A” Honor Roll Award: Student must have all A’s in all academic areas, and all S’s in P.E., Social Development/Work Related Skills, Conduct and Interpersonal Skills. No suspensions for the quarter.

“A – B” Honor Roll Award: Student must have all A’s and B’s in all academic areas, and all S’s in P.E., Social Development/Work Related Skills, Conduct and Interpersonal Skills. No suspensions for the quarter.

PROCEDURE FOR ATTENDING HONOR ROLL ASSEMBLIES

Parents should enter school on the North side (car rider side) and go through the back fence and park on the field. We will have Mr. Loper directing cars for parking. Cars will exit through the SOUTH end of the field through the bus parking lot. All side and back doors will be open. Parents do not have to come to the office to sign in. Please proceed straight to the gym. We will begin on time for each assembly.
