Monday: Running Day >On this day students spend the class time on the fitness track. They set running goals for themselves (daily, weekly, and yearly), and work to achieve these goals. Tuesday-Thursday: Activity Days >On these days students do whatever their designated activity for the week is. Most of the times students are split into smaller groups for these activities. Friday: Free Choice Day >On this day students are given several different options of activities to choose from outside and in. Some of these activities include but are not limited to climbing the rock wall, doing laps on the fitness track, playing black top games (2 square, 4 square, hopscotch, or basketball) or playing kickball.
